Returns & Refunds

Because our products are worn against the skin or used directly with your child, we maintain a strict no-returns policy for hygiene reasons. This applies to all orders, including change-of-mind purchases. We know that's not what everyone wants to hear, but it's how we keep things safe for every family.

Here's what we do offer:

60-Day Risk-Free Trial (First-Time Customers)

Never tried Rudie Baby before? We want you to feel confident giving us a go. If your first order doesn't work out, here's how the trial works:

  • You can test one item from your first order
  • If it's not right for your family, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we'll refund that one item (excluding shipping)
  • Ordered more than one item? We can offer store credit for up to three additional items
  • This trial applies to first-time customers only

Sizing

Please take a moment to check our sizing guide before placing your order. Because our products are a sanitary item and can't be returned, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections. If you're unsure which size to go for, reach out before you order and we'll help you get it right the first time.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If something arrives damaged or isn't working as it should, we want to sort it out quickly. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement straight away.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, we're usually already packing your order and can't make changes.
