      QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

      Everything parents ask us

Still unsure? Our Aussie team is happy to help.

What stage of toilet training are these for? +

Training Underwear is designed for stage three, when children are mostly dry and ready to wear underwear but may still have the occasional small accident.

How much do they absorb? +

The slim four-layer gusset is designed for small accidents and leaks. It is not intended to contain a full bladder release or replace a nappy.

Which size should I choose? +

Choose your child’s usual clothing size: 2/3, 3/4 or 4/6. The size guide beside the selector includes waist and leg measurements if your child is between sizes.

Can I mix Whales and Unicorns in a bundle? +

Yes. Choose a print separately for every pair in the 5-pair or 10-pair pack. You can mix both prints or repeat a favourite.

How many pairs do I need? +

One pair is a simple way to try the fit. Five pairs gives you a useful starter rotation, while ten pairs gives more room for daycare, outings and wash days.

Can they be used overnight? +

No. Training Underwear is for light daytime protection during the final toilet-training stage. Use an appropriate night nappy or dedicated bedwetting product overnight.

How do I wash them? +

Change after an accident, then machine wash cold. Tumble dry on low or line dry, following the care label.

When will my order ship? +

Orders placed before 1pm AWST on a dispatch day usually ship the same day. Free shipping applies to Australian orders over $65.

Try it with our 60-day risk-free trial.
